Downstairs there is a small porch and entrance hall which leads to a seperate wc and cloakroom. There is a large L-shaped sitting/dining room with an extendable dining table to seat 10, comfortable chairs and a feature gas fire. There is a well equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, double oven/grill etc) and a separate utility room with a washing machine and second fridge-freezer. Leading from the dining room is a comfortable and bright south-facing sun-room with views over into garden.
The king-size master bedroom is downstairs and has a separate dressing room and shower en-suite.

Upstairs

Upstairs there is a family bedroom (1 double and 2 singles) and a decent family bathroom. The landing leads to a TV room/snug which has a futon. From the snug there are two further double bedrooms.
